As far as I know to find a best in this business you must do your home work first. Get in touch with other buyers try to find out what they had done to buy a property in that area. This way you will get free advice and I am sure they will suggest you some best name in this business.

Mortgages are becoming slightly easier to come by now, hence the increase in house hunters. There are still a significant number of repossessions coming on to the market though, driving down average prices.

Some good tips there. Always worth adding some small cheap luxury items such as nicely fitted flat screen tv and kitchen gadgets. These can be relatively cheap and really appeal to some buyers.
