There are mixed views

about what will happen to property prices this year. A poll from the Guardian reveals what their readers predicted:

House Prices will:

Rise by more than 5%             21.4%

Rise by between 0%-5%          9%

Stay at their current level       10.8%

Fall by between 0%-5%           19.8%

Fall by more than 5%              38.9%
